Admission Requirements

UTME Admission Requirements:

  • Minimum of five credits (O’ Level) in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics.
  • Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.
  • Not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry (DE) Admission Requirements:

  • Two A-level passes (graded A-E) in one or more relevant subjects.
  • Minimum of five O’ Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Direct entry into the three-year degree program at 200-level.

Inter-University Transfer:

  • Reasons for transfer may include personal challenges, security concerns, family circumstances, or financial burdens.
  • Guidelines for prospective transfer students outline the application process.

Hostel Baze University Fees Payment

  • Go to bazeuniversity.edu.ng
  • Hover over “Admissions” in the top menu bar and click on “Fees”
  • On the new page, select “Click Here to Make Payment”
  • Enter your Student ID Number, choose your Course/Programme, and sign in
  • Select “Tuition,” pick the applicable fees (1 to 5), and click “Select Payment Semester”
  • Click “Pay Now”
  • Choose your preferred payment method (Nigerian Cards, International Cards, or Banks) on the new window
  • Click “Make Payment”
  • Enter your Card details and click “Pay”
  • Input Token Code or OTP, check the “Agree” box, and click “Submit”
  • Print the generated Receipt, scan it, and send it to accounts@bazeuniversity.edu.ng

Step 2: Making Payment at a Bank Branch

  • Visit Zenith Bank Plc or Stanbic IBTC Bank
  • Make relevant payments into Baze University’s Bank Accounts (details in the Semester Newsletter)
  • Forward evidence of payment to accounts@bazeuniversity.edu.ng, including your Student ID Number in the bank teller’s remarks field

Note: Internet or Mobile transfer of Tuition Fees to the same account is acceptable. Send evidence to accounts@bazeuniversity.edu.ng.

Step 3: After Finance Department verification

  • Log in to your Student Portal
  • Complete Semester registration
  • Seek guidance from your HOD or Department’s Registration Officer if needed
